Hel?????????!!!!!!!!!!!!?

Me and my fianc� have bstarted having unprotected which is really good but emmm when I'm on my periods and I'm not to comfterble with it cause I just don't like the thought if it but he wants to help the pain I don't want to but if I don't he gose in a really sad and upset mood so I don't know what to do? do I just do it when he asks tohelp me? Or do I say no and make him stay inthat mood? Help me please
