Has the government been lying to us about North Korea? Is it really a paradise like Wolf Blitzer says?

Wolf Blitzer from CNN visited North Korea and wrote an article about it. He said everyone there was very attractive. The food was great. The monuments he visited were more impressive than anything he's seen in the USA or France. The schools had very good computers. The government even provided him with a tour guide free of charge. The only thing he complained about was how much it cost to call the USA from there. Do you think the government has been lying to us about North Korea?
