Housebreaking advice?

i have a 6 mth old yorkie female. she is crated during the day, she gets let outside ALOT and she still thinks its ok to 'use' in the house! im almost to my wits end! she will use outside but if someone doesn't stay on top of her and notice when shes looking at the door she'll go under the table or in the bedroom. ive disciplined her when i catch her but the main problem is my fiance cant get on the same page as me. any advice would be great!
