Being stop for driving a suspicious vehicle?

Happens all the time. Police get a call of a make/model/type of vehicle that was used in a crime and they have to check out matching vehicles. An unlicensed driver in a matching vehicle is just cause to investigate further. Securing persons so they cannot constitute a hazard to the officers' safety is standard procedure.
