What should i wear with my PASTEL blue skinny jeans?

try wedge heels (a natural color/wood texture heel. maybe leather straps?), a loose white top (a band shirt would look good), a long necklace with a pearly heart on it/other type of obvious necklace, a lot of silver or pearly bangles, a hippie headband or a hairbow. =]
