Enlisting in Navy after missing ship date?

First off I enlisted last year and was supposed to ship out in january. Long story short a lot of crap came up and I ended up not going. I would like to know how much trouble it would be to enlist again and if they were to allow me what am I able to do. I scored a 95 on the ASVAB test but failed the color blindness test. So obviously there is limited careers to work with. I would either like to do aircraft mechanic or engineers aid with the seabees. If you know the pro's and con's of each please reply. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
