How do you enable the TFTP server on a Cisco communications manager 7.0 server?

At work I have been given a couple cisco servers a couple cds and a half a$$ book on CCM and have been asked to make it work! I am having trouble location doentation on turning on or activating TFTP on the server after the initial IOS install.
