Bloody discharge 12 days after end of period.....?

To give a little history I have two kids who are 19 months and 9 months old. I get my period like clockwork the first or second day of every month and it last for 6 or 7 days at a time it has been 12 days since the end of it. I noticed yesterday when I woke up I had clear discharge. When I woke up this morning the discharge was pinkish in color and then about 15 minutes ago I went to the bathroom and the discharge was red like red from period red. I also bled/discharge for both of my previous pregnancies for a few days in the first month I was pregnant. I guess my question is if anyone else has had this happen to them? Or does anyone have any ideas on what it could be?
