Parents, do you your children?

when i misbehave, my dad warns me about 3 times, but its just so fun to bug him and push him further...( i know its horrible to say that... but hey, im 15 and its so funny to watch him get mad lol, me and my brother (16 years old) kinda get amused somtiems) anyways, finally he usually pulls me by my hair and throws me on my bed and s me in the t! im like what the heck! im 15 you dont need to me...and sometimes and even grabs me bu the throat (he doesnt choke me hahaa) and pulls me to his face and is like " never do that again" or something...but anyways...is this considered physical abuse? he hits my brother more...my brothers 16 though.. and hes soo annoying ugh. i dont blame my dad for dong that.
