A little help for a pathetic student?

I have to write a 5 pg. paper in one week. It's for my history cl, and like all the other students, I'll be reading it aloud. Problem is, I've never written a paper so big, so I am severely stressed over it. My parents have made it clear I need a good grade. After several attempts at it, I had a meltdown and couldn't go on. So here I am, asking for TIPS. I don't want it to be done for me, I just want some tips. Does anyone have a basic outline for something like that, that would help me? Thank you so much!!
