DAMN radiofrequency treatment!!?

I recently went into my doctor's office, well pain clinic, to get a procedure done which was supposed to help my chronic back pain issue. First of all they "forgot" to tell me to bring a driver with me so I did the procedure without any type of pain reliever! So, I go through this radio frequency procedure and it SUCKED!! So painful, and now my pain is so much worse!? I thought it was supposed to make it better, and now my doctor says, "It was not because of our procedure". Well, now i am in more pain!!!! Has anyone ever had this done and did it work for you?
