Birth control pill help anyone :(?

k im on microgyen 30 but althoughh my cramps etc and heavy flow is all gone iv developed really bad acne whilst on it, been 2 months now -.- and like i have an extreemely healthy diett.. :// is there a pill for birth control that gets rid of acne too or doesnt brine it up as a side effect? :// thanks in advance.. im no good with all this pill stuff soo im not sure what other types there are or what theyre called :S
