Every Easter my very Italian Grandmother makes this out of this world lasagna along with garlic bread, meat, sausage, braciole, and beef. It is all delicious but there is not one healthy dish! I am on a diet and not that I am going to not eat any lasagna or meat but I would like to have a small portion of it and eat something healthy along with it. I already found a great fat free sugar free desert to bring but I want something healthy for the meal too. Thank you!
