Is this a spider bite?

Please help! I woke up yesterday after a nap with what appeared to be a bruise about the size of a dime on the top of my right . It doesn't hurt and doesn't itch either. I know it's not a bruise because I haven't done anything to warrant a bruise appearing in that particular area. The hair follicle appears to be enlarged right in the middle of the bruise, but I can't tell if it's a bite from a stinger or just an enlarged hair follicle. I also feed and at first thought that maybe my baby had sucked so hard in the wrong place, causing a hickey - as this happens sometimes when we are sleeping and she can't see in the dark. However, I've never ended up with a bruise. I am darker skinned so for a bruise this dark to appear, she would've had to suck pretty hard. Does anyone know what it could be? I'm extremely paranoid and getting worried.
