Severe stomach pains in the upper stomach.?

About 2 weeks ago I ate a burger and some ice cream from a fast food resturant. The next morning I woke up feeling horrible. I had severe stomach pains in the upper part of my stomach. Nothing like I had ever experienced before. I would be in horrid pain for about 5 minutes followed by diarrea. Again tonight I ate and experienced the same thing. Horrible pain high up in my stomach. Followed by a need to use the bathroom. It's weird becauce it goes away for about a minute and then it's back like clockwork. Usually last for about 2 hours and then it slowly fades away. Any ideas what this could be? Sound like an ulcer?
