San Andreas Gang Counfusion???

Hey im pretty confused with this, you know the gang with aqua bandanas, why the hell are they shooting at me??!!?? I thought they were cesers gang, i helped them out in the 3rd to last mission in talking over there hood, and now when they see me, they may start shooting. I thought grove and cesers gang were tight!
