It's called Tunnel Vision, it happens when your brain doesn't get enough oxygen, usually when you take too much in and you cough really hard. It's nothing to worry about, after 40+ years of smoking I've never had a problem with MJ. Don't believe what you hear about MJ, it has been proven to slow and sometimes stop the growth of cancer cells.
