How long can ANY inbent president blame the previous administration before they are judged harshly for it?

This one has another 7 years before it might need to stop. The new president, as conservative as he is, can't express the mess that was made of this country in the eight long years that G.W. had to hand it over to the corporations that you seem delighted to defend.
